Waited for about 20 minutes and they call me and the pediatrician took one look at my insurance card and said they wouldn't take it "because it's only acceptable in California" and told ME to call my insurance to see if I can get a authorization for them to use, then proceeded to say that no office around will accept the insurance. My insurance was California AND national use, which they did not try to take the time to find out and declined to see my sick daughter. So we left and was able to see a better pediatrician in Harlingen and they ACCEPTED our insurance. This office is rude and uneducated, I would avoid especially if you're new to this area relocating for SpacEx looking for a pediatrician.
