The first time I found Black River Tavern, I had no idea it was set on a golf course. The restaurant itself is very casual, but elegantly casual. The food: awesome! I got a burger. The burger was great, but the fries were the highlight. Reasonable prices and friendly staff! So the next time I was out there for the class, I suggested we go again! We enjoyed it just as much. I can order a jumbo fancy salad that serves 3 for about $10 if I want to add some extra veggies to my meal. I have never, ever had any issues with delivery. The items show up on schedule and in great condition.
