Becca built rapport with me by offering the MVP experience which I accepted and got a medium fade which she lined up perfectly remaining friendly and asking for my approval and input throughout. The massage, facial treatment and shampooing was executed beyond standard and she even offered product which showed her exceptional customer service skills.
