The rest is history and I truly enjoy the experience he offers and his talents as a barber. What makes him different is his willingness to listen to you so you get the look you want, and then his insane attention to detail. He takes great pride in his work and makes sure you feel valued as a client. When he asks "what do you think?" he wants and honest answer and will react and adjust to whatever you share without judgement because his goal is to make you happy. I appreciate that he took his time and made small talk to make my kid feel comfortable (he's a pops himself he shared); he was super patient the whole time and when my kid would suddenly look a different way or keep shifting, he quietly worked with the flow! My kid can be sensitive but felt comfortable and calm sitting through a 45 min appt. To even help with the height/age diff from the usual client, at one pt Zack pulled together a custom sitting (skate)board on top of the booster seat pad to make sure he would be able to cut at the right height and angles. Reasonably priced for Reno cuts. And, more importantly, Zack genuinely cared to make sure the cut looked good!
