From start to finish working with Cosmos was a breeze. I can't tell you how many pieces of Quartz I pulled out and how many hours we were there trying to decide. Regardless, they answered every question and had patience and understanding. George came out to do the measurements/template and answered all our questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to explain why and where seams were needed. Two gentlemen came out today to install the Quartz and they were very polite and fast! They knew exactly what they were doing and communicated everything which is exactly what you expect from a company. We are so happy with the end results and that we went with Cosmos for our countertops. Some of the negative reviews sound more like a customer issue then a service issue. There were areas that were not polished properly and the area around the sink was clearly damaged and filled in with resign, and looked awful. They had sent a couple of workers to try and correct it, didn't go well. The second time they sent workers I requested a manager to come out. We didn't want them to remove the countertop for fear of them damaging the New Cabinets. Although they did attempt to correct it, it was not accomplished. Again, the countertop should never have been sent for installation. Quality control is missing.

The Trooper warehouse has a huge selection, with many beautiful things. Dave came out to measure and make the template and did an excellent job. He came out early and got things done so they could start on things. Henry was the project manager, and he was very quick and responsive when it was time to move on the project. I found the slab I fell in love with in March, put down a deposit, and they held it for me without a storage fee until December. Henry spent quite a bit of time with me in rearranging the template, found another stone that matched what I had, as we needed another piece to finish everything, and was very patient with my inexperience in knowing anything about picking out edges of counters. (Who knew what pencil edge was?!) The Georgia crew delivered things a week later. The 3 guys that installed things were excellent. They were very careful, and it was quite interesting to watch the process. They did no damage to anything in the house, installed the granite very carefully, and also installed my sink. I would highly recommend them. They knew this stone was very special and treated it as such.

RJE Review I can't…read moresay enough about my experience with RJE. I sustained some storm damage back in June 2020 when a tree fell in my backyard pulling down the power lines. The power lines pulled the siding off of the back of my house and caused damage to the roof and interior wall(s). The fallen tree also caused damage to my shed, gate and a chainlink fence. I chose RJE Home Remodelong over another company mainly due to proximity as I had no previous knowledge of them. l feel like I definitely made the right choice under the circumstances. I sat down with Anthony(Estimator) and Chris(Project Manager) after having some initial conversations with Christin(Office Manager). Anthony oversaw the estimates and was very thorough. Surveying my entire house, inside and out from rooftop to the ground. I had some initial delays because of some insurance company red tape but once work started it was smooth sailing. The scope of work was determined, timeline established then the job was executed starting with a new roof. Chris oversaw the actual work. He had great communication, always kept me updated, made great recommendations and everyone always showed up on time and their respective jobs were done with a high degree of skill and in a timely manner. Total job(new roof, new siding, 2 tree removals, paint interior walls and replace chainlink fence) took about a month to complete and I was very happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend RJE and actually have. Great communication, great service, good people and quality work.

Thanked me for my patience at one point and offered a discount. I ask again for the quote, completely ignored and blown off. Not sure what changed over the years. it's a shame.

I chose M&S for their price and presentation for my new roof in October of 2021. The first…read moreimpression was very good. After getting 3 bids, (two of them had $95 for each sheet of Plywood, and the first 3 sheets free),I had M&S match that and put it in writing. They were $125 per sheet with none free originally. I really needed a Saturday install due to work issues and my Great Dane would need to be out of house, and Mark promised that. That was the first issue. He did not keep that promise. It had to be on a Friday. I'm flexible, so okay. I took off work. The team that actually did the job was GREAT. That was nice. However, when they left, I walked the perimeter and found that 2 of my flood lights had been broken and knocked down. Also, they did not reconnect a downspout that I requested be fixed while they were up there, (I told them I would pay extra, as it had just been knocked off during a recent storm.) Mark had promised that as well. Oh well. The roof looked great. Good materials. But the price was CLEARLY padded. When I got the final bill a week or so later. Only 5-6 full pieces of Plywood were used. I counted! Mark even went up and checked the ones in question to save me money. The bill said that 11 were used. Not true. Again, barely 6 full sheets were used, But the bill said 11 were used. In the end I paid for eight sheets of wood. I paid in full. Ten days later Mark texts me and says he lost my check for $8,000!!! I had to leave work to go to bank to stop payment. Then I had to go in person to their office to reissue a check. That was a big problem for me. But I'm understanding, so I told them we could schedule the gutters next, for which I had received 3 bids also. Their first bid was for $3,600 ish, with guards. I asked for a price without the guards and it went down to around $2,400. I told them to schedule it,mid November and that's where I started getting the run around. I finally got Mark to commit to last Tuesday, but I had to change it for to work. I figured that would not be a problem because I had been so understanding and flexible this whole time. I asked for this coming Tuesday the 25th and it has been 8 days and I have not heard from M&S contracting. I have called emailed and sent numerous texts. I guess I'm going to go elsewhere now.

The installers came as a team of 3 and each worked on their tasks. the 3 vanities were installed in about an hour. We went back to the store to pay the balance and were introduced to the manager Alex who is a charming man and made our experience even better. job well done.
