Needing to make a change we went to Yelp and found Advance Doors. Chris followed up with me immediately...we arranged a meeting so that he could inspect the doors and give me a quote. Ultimately, I chose Advance Doors and Chris in particular because of his flexibility...during that first schedule meeting...my schedule changed suddenly and he instead met with my realtor. He adjusted to the change, no problem, and followed up with a reasonable quote to replace two old doors with new style track slide up doors with openers. I also had him instal a rollup door (like those on industrial business for my workshop(adjacent to the garage). We had to change the install dates a couple of time due to my schedule and the weather and through it all Chis was cool. He's a personable person, works efficiently and I couldn't be happier with the result and experience. I certainly recommend Advance Doors, I'm sure all the installers are just as awesome as Chris but that's who I'd ask for, based on my experience.

Due to the configuration of my garage, I had to go with a side mount opener which is more expensive but in the long run will be worth the investment. It's much more quieter and with WiFi access I can use my phone. The installation was quick and the installer was very information on how to operate the door.

He is reliable, punctual, and courteous, and he does great work, often going well above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We're like you; we scoured Yelp for the best reviews before reaching out to multiple landscapers. We had a hard time finding someone who would (a) respond, (b) show up at the agreed time to provide an estimate, and (c) show up at the agreed time to do the work. We actually hired a different landscaper, who didn't show up to do the work after multiple reschedules. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we hired Carlos. If he doesn't respond to your message right away, give him a little time -- he's probably out working! We initially hired Carlos for a one-time project that included cleaning and re-mulching plant beds, weed removal, and trimming dozens of monstrously overgrown rose bushes and other plants. His estimate was reasonable and he arrived on time for each visit. He and his crew did a great job and totally transformed our yard. Based on the good experience with the one-time project, we hired Carlos for biweekly service. He has reliably shown up every time for the past six months, and continues to do great work. We just asked for basic maintenance like grass trimming and leaf blowing, but he has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain the work he did with the one-time project, which we didn't expect, and continues to blow us away with the scope and quality of his work. We have also asked him to do smaller projects, like replacing broken sprinkler heads, which he has done promptly, cheerfully, and at a very reasonable cost.
