I figured she knew what she was doing since she works at McDonald's and I don't. After giving her my name, she tells me to pull around. I pull around and get to the pickup window. The lady hands me the wrong order. I politely informed her that this is not my order. As soon as I said that...they became very rude. They told me they couldn't find my order on the computer. I tried showing them my phone which had the order displayed showing that I paid for it and showed up to the correct address but the manager had zero interest in reviewing this. Eventually they handed me the Diet Coke and told me that they "had to make my order". Both the manager and the employee at the pickup window were like pissed at me for not leaving when they told me they didn't have my order. It was the girl that was in charge of taking orders who was at fault for not putting the code in. I got my order after 35 minutes of waiting and it absolutely sucked. It looked like someone who was very angry made my meal. Either way, I won't be back to this shit hole. If you live in Brusly (I don't lol) please make sure you don't go to this McDonald's. I hope this particular franchise goes out of business and I hope the employees I interacted with today shit their pants on the way home from work.
