I made mention that employees where running out on the street yelling out on the street to there friends and laughing while my order should be taken. Also a baby was in the back where the food is. Also causing longer wait times from the distraction. The review card was anonymous but when handed it in being a small town obviously my face was not. Next time I made an order the manager of the restaurant sat down at my table while I was trying to enjoy my food. This was very intimidating and unwelcoming. She then down played everything I said and seemed upset that I wrote a review. To this day I refuse to eat there. Totally uncalled for.

Aside from the fact that their prices are generally higher than similar fast food chains, this establishment might benefit from a better understanding of good customer service. At least twice recently they made a mistake with my order and when I simply brought it to their attention, the service personnel never apologized and in fact responded with annoyance, as if it were my fault they screwed up the order.
