To me they obviously weren't fresh out of the oil, cause the chicken was nice and hot - same goes for a side gravy better than any I've had choosing drive thru. Aside from those small issues, I have to say I was impressed with the onion rings I ordered well done and a Mocha Moolatte that they were kind enough to add mint flavour too. Lastly, I must add that the customer service and friendliness is usually lacking and this was no exception. Just a "Hi, what can I get you?" At the speaker and a similarly curt reading of my total at the window. The adolescent female employee was obviously not grateful for my business and her subsequent paycheque. I wont be going again (for anything hot) anytime soon, no matter how close it is to my bank.

The guy who took my order recommended that I get the Double Teen burger. My wife got her usual chicken burger. Although I'm an old guy, the teen burger was the perfect burger for me as it came with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. The chicken burger? My wife said she had better. A&W was a good place. Stick with the root beer and burgers and you'll be fine.

It's on the menu of draught beverages which is not large so it will be easy to find. The menu was dominated by steaks and most were north of $30 in price. You come to Mr Mikes for a good meal but not a cheap meal. Would I return? Absolutely.

And the super-fresh donuts are only 75 cents. They also serve sandwiches, which I haven't tried, but will the next time I'm back in town. The bakery is located in a historic building and feels like a time warp in a good way. If you want to eat inside, there's a couple of tables.
