I ordered the fresh fit grilled chicken and avocado 6" sub. It cost almost $10.00. It was supposed to include double meat which it did not. I asked for provolone cheese. They ran out and I had to settle for something else. They couldn't toast the sandwich because the machine didn't work. He added a very small scoop of mashed avocado which didn't even cover the length of the bread (6" !). When I asked if that's all they put on such a costly small sandwich he didn't answer me. I think the meatball sub I ordered was microwaved instead of toasted. It came to me steaming hot on the inside and warm and soggy bread. I'm not sure, but it didn't come hot and crispy like it usually does. I should of watched them more closely. If subway is starting to microwave their food that will be a big negative on how I view them. This review is for the soggy bread and steaming meatballs and sauce. i will try to be as calm as possible. this place is the worst place to go if you are looking for a good place to sit with friends or family. the workers that worked at 6:30-7:00 should be fired!!! these people kicked me and my 4 other friends (mid you we are minors) out of the store and messed up our orders!! this is insane! they have the audacity to kick us out even after i asked for a broom and a dust pan and swept up a mess my friend made. this is insane!!! the customer service is terrible! i heard the workers be disrespectful to other people as me and my friends ordered! the workers spoke in a rude tone to everyone in the store at 6:30-7:00 on november ninth twenty twenty three i will say it again on november ninth 2023!! i would consider firing all the workers that worked on that night! horrible service! the lady that cut my bread couldnt even cut it in under 10 minutes!!! that is insane!! do not go here!! read more
