Small Local Deli Sandwich Shop and Breakfast gathering place. Friendly servers and owner is a great guy. I enjoy coming sitting at the small counter grabbing a cup of coffee while I wait for my grilled blueberry muffin and breakfast sandwich to go. The restaurant is clean and servers are friendly. The owner even ask how we were. My wife got a small salad with tuna and potato salad. It was very good. I got the pastrami Rueben on rye. It was delicious. The fries were very good as well. Can't wait to go back for other sandwiches. read more

It was very boring. It was not a good sub. Subs are all about the bread and the bread was awful, bland and dry- there was nothing about this sandwich to utter one "mmmm" about. The bread lacked any depth- it lacked a good bite- you know the one that gives that good "tug and pull" bite that a fresh bakes delicious sub roll has. Their bread is definitely NOT freshly baked - it was more reminiscent of an almost past its "good-by date' generic hotdog bun. The deli meat was sliced too thick. The dressing and flavor of the sub was non-existent and nothing to speak of. Very bland. read more

Went into this quaint establishment for a bite to eat and this place, tucked into a hidden shopping center on Norvell Bryant hwy, totally hit the spot. I ordered within 2 min of arriving my drink when given the menu even tho was very busy due to limited amount of seating, however that didn't deter me from staying and ordering my food when the waitress returned with my drink, I chose a turkey club sandwich and some french fries, which was on my table in less than 10 min, which is very rare these days at many places. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. I could seriously eat here every day due to amount of options they have. Definitely coming back for more soon. Highly recommend! read more

The food was delicious! We shared a Rueben sandwich ( very nice lean corn beef) and each of us had a bowl of soup. All tasted homemade and we were served fairly quick. The owner came by to check if all was good. Would stop again if we are in the area. read more

I didn't go because in said New York Deli yet I failed to see NY sandwiches ie; Pastrami, Corned Beef, Tongue, matza ball soups. Etc . This is NY Deli not Boars head . The sandwiches on that menu can be made anywhere even at Subway or Publix. The word Deli is not misleading but it is when New York is added that makes it misleading. read more

I found this place after reading the reviews on Yelp and decided this was exactly the type of food I wanted to eat for lunch. I loved that it was very patriotic. It is a small mom and pop place but there was seating available on a Saturday at noon time. The service was just okay. I did not feel that welcomed and I was waiting for instructions as to whether to seat myself or wait to be seated. Finally, a customer told me that I could sit anywhere. Once we chose a seat, we had a server bring us our menu. She was attentive but just not as friendly as I am used to or appreciate in servers. I ordered the Jimmy T's Special which is a pressed sandwich with a heaping serving of roast beef, provolone and pesto. I was expecting the sandwich to be warm, but the roast beef was served cold. It was still very good. My daughter ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and enjoyed the ample serving. We shared an order of french fries which was enough for the two of us, but they were just okay. They had a back up server who was friendlier and closed us out. I definitely would come back to try another sandwich, as they have so many to choose from. read more

Tried this place out today after dropping my puppy off to Stay n Play for doggie daycare because it was close by there and I'm so happy I did. There were so many options to choose from and I definitely need to go back so I can try them all, but today I had the antipasto salad and a side of potato salad. Wow. I met a friend here yesterday upon her insistence (as she's a regular) and now I can't think of having breakfast anywhere else. Wow. The food was excellent: I had the panini for breakfast (as it's okay here to order lunch for breakfast) and it was perfect. Served with a dill pickle. My friend had the Greek Omelet and I've got to get an omelet here next time. Generous portions and, upon request, they served mine with a side of bacon which was crispy and perfect. Homemade muffins? I ordered the Double Chocolate and the Cinnamon Crunch: also heaven. It was AMAZING! We plan to meet here once a month because it's almost 30 minutes from my home, BUT this awesome place is WORTH the drive. I was charmed by Jimmy himself when I first arrived (not knowing it was 'the owner'). He is genuine, authentic New York Italian and he makes you feel like one of the family. THAT is why I loved this place: you ARE one of the family when you're here. Katy, my server, was also amazing: warm and friendly. Come early because this place gets packed BUT there is outside seating. The ambiance was amazing...I highly recommend that you all take a drive and try this place. You will NOT be disappointed.
