The customer service was horrible. The MOD must have been having a terrible day and was passing her anxt on to my husband and me. She never smiled showed and she raised her voice at my husband when he didn't understand what she was saying because she was taking so fast. The other staff member was very pleasant. This is the worst subway I ever been to. First off the guy who was going to make my sandwich was completely rushing me to tell him what I wanted . I told him to give me a sec, and he still kept rushing me . Saying "ma,m" ... i told him i wasn't ready to order although there was no people behind me . When i was finally ready i asked him for chicken and he gave me turkey i told him no, i want chicken and he literally paused and said he needs to take a breath . Making me feel like i'm a problem . He kept giving me everything but chicken . Untill i finally pointed right at the chicken . My brother who was with me was also having a sandwich but he completely ignored him and just made mine even after i told him me and him are together so basically telling him to make our sandwiches at the same time because we were eating together . But he did not listen . Untill we got to the register. So he went back to the start to make my brother's sandwich when he could have made them both at the same time . Once we were ready to pay he asked us if it was for here or to go and we said for here . Than he started to bag our sandwiches, and i told him he didn't have to because it was for here and he rolled his eyes and said "i did not know" right after we had just told him it was for here . This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. It's convenient because it's in Walmart, but the employees are the worst I've ever dealt with. Don't try to ask for extra onions or more ranch or you'll get snotty remarks and dirty looks. The management has instructions for how to apply the condiments posted in plain site and they are VERY stingy. Trust me, head south 1/4 of a mile to the Subway across the freeway and you'll have a much better experience. Avoid this place at all costs! read more
