It does take a while to get your food, which makes me believe that they make it from scratch when you order, no waiting in the window. Basically, it's what you would expect from a newer "restaurant" of this kind. It's pretty clean, but typical to these places not all the tables are wiped down at all times, which is to be expected so that's not a negative for me. It also has a large play area for children, and the bathrooms are nice enough. I don't know if it gets crowded at times, it's always been pretty quiet on the times we've been there. We've never had any problem finding parking outside, but if the restaurant were to be full it would definetly be a problem (it's right by the highway, it's not like you can walk here).
