"Thank you" and off I went home. Got home, ate my fries then opened the box for sandwich. No cheese, no ketchup, no mustard, no pickles, no onions. Two burgers and a bun. I'm not running back at this point. Too pissed. Contacted customer service at corporate and explained same scenario. Was told in email reply. They were sorry for the experience and that McDonald's store was notified about the experience. It's been about a month and I still haven't even gotten an apology. Figured I'd give them some time but this is ridiculous. I'm not asking for the moon. An apology, maybe a voucher to replace my sandwich. I normally don't complain but it always seems to be something here. No napkins, no straw, missing a sandwich, wrong soda. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

She went back to correct it and whoever was back there was so mean to her they made her cry. Then she told me there weren't any more nacho fries. She offered just about anything I wanted to try to satisfy my order and I asked for an order of nachos and cheese. My nacho fries were burnt and almost too hard to chew, the Cinnabons tasted like they had been sprinkled with poultry seasoning, and there was a piece of chicken in my cheese sauce. My friend asked for tomatoes to be removed and paid extra for sour cream to be added and got tomatoes but no sour cream. It's been a long time since I have been to this particular store, now I remember why. Whoever actually assembles the food is terrible and rarely gets any substitutions correct. The girl did her best to give me a satisfactory experience, and I had to console her because of how badly they treated her when they were the ones who messed up my order. This newer owner works to give you a pleasant experience and makes you want to return. That being said, I had beef and cheddar and it was very good. Anxious to try other offerings on our next visit.
