Since it was my first time there, I asked to try the different kinds of meat. I selected two types and ask them to mix it into the sandwich for me. Once you have the meat in your sandwich, you can put your own toppings, such as various sauces and dips, plus vegetables. The most common way to eat this, is to drown it in a liquid, and then use a fork. I'm not a particular fan of the drowned version, so I just put enough sauce to cover the meat. I prefer to hold the sandwich and have a bread which I can sink my teeth into. The bottom line is that for about five bucks you get a delicious sandwich, with all the fixings that you can add by yourself. Plus there are different options for drinks. One of them is a freshly squeezed orange juice in a bottle. It's delicious. You can also get horchata, or various sodas and juices. Did I mention that this is a common breakfast food? The establishment was at half capacity which was the busiest it was through our stay. Fifteen minutes after being sat, the waitstaff had completed neglected coming by to take our drink orders. We had to signal a waiter to place our drinks. Similarly, we had to signal yet again for someone to take our food orders. I don't know what kind of system they work out as to whom serves which table but, we even had to ask for someone to bring us an ashtray even though, the tables around, had being given them while I was still holding my lighted cigarette. I ordered a medium rare rib-eye, I've got a well done instead; the garnish consisted of hideous chips (French fries) and under-cooked veggies. With all this being said, at least the beer yards we ordered, kept a reasonably chilled temperature. Definitely not coming back ever!
