I've had 7 surgeries for endometriosis- 5 in just the last 4 years - with significant pain and trauma. My last surgeon takes a much more holistic approach and suggested pelvic floor physical therapy as part of my post-surgical treatment I read up on it and was terrified but did research with the pt association and practitioners and found Diana. I have been working with her for a few weeks and I cannot say enough good things about her knowledge, bedside manner, and helpfulness. I only wish I had been referred for this ages ago. This should be standard of care for this with recurring pain post surgery. I have seen literally dozens of medical personnel in my life and Diana is in my Top 5. read more

Diana does and fantastic job!!!! I had an injury that was affecting my back/shoulder/hip and had been to 3 other PT offices to get it fixed before coming to see Diana. With only one appointment Diana was able to help alleviate so much pain and get me on the right track to being 100% pain free. Diana is so personable and friendly and does a great job of explaining everything so clearly. She also does a great job at giving you exercises and stretching techniques that you can do at home to continue the therapy after you leave the office. Her facility itself is also in great condition it is new, clean, and well equipped for a great PT experience. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Diana and I would recommend her to anyone who is in pain and needs the help of a very experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable physical therapist. read more

Ari, Chad, Hector, Jared, and Matt have been fantastic. If something hurts, they do their best to fix it. I was definitely reluctant about my treatment when I began. I was taught growing up that you go to a chiropractor for your back. And sure, they definitely know how to pop your back and make things feel great in the short term, but they never fix the problem and they keep you coming back. I can tell you Chad is just as good if not better at popping things than any chiropractor I've seen and, while he and everyone here is great, they do their best to get you fixed as fast as they can so you don't have to keep coming back.

There are several assistants working with patients as we go through our exercises and there is a good sense of team work with all of the staff. The facility is in a great location, and it's always clean and organinzed, with things being put away right when you are done using them. I highly recommend Ideal Rehab if you are need of PT services.

She is unaware of what her facilities offer ie: cupping or other modalities. There's a change in ownership. I'm told the company is "struggling" and they need to make this change to keep open and running. Worst physical therapy place ever. Try modern it's much better and better therapists.

I have had really good results at ATI and I want to encourage you to try them out if you need physical therapy. They have several locations around Tucson and I am a two time client at this one off Ajo and Park. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and well trained in getting people back in working order. The facility is compact but has everything one needs to get top notch results. I prefer learning and doing exercises that use minimal spa-like equipment and use things like hand weights, exercise bands, walls, treadmills and stationary bikes. Nothing glamorous but effective......and easily replicated at home or on the go. All the therapists are cheerful, encouraging and supportive. They listen and offer encouragement and alternatives crafted to your needs and abilities. Their hours of operation are pretty extensive and convenient. They can work around your schedule and greet you with a smile when you arrive. So, if you find yourself in need of some PT check out ATI.

Considering how many nerves come through your spine, it was worth a shot. They give you an X-RAY as well as practitioner consult before presenting you with a plan. If you can't do the plan for your own reasons, they DO NOT force you into it and offer you lower cost options. Everyone has been very friendly and assertive at their job, the front desk staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the chiropractor actually asks you every week how you're feeling or if you have new pains. I still have a couple of weeks of treatment but I'm very happy I chose to come in. The stomach or gastric issues have somewhat subsided and my neck flexibility is getting better. Thanks team!

( oh boy...as I contemplate leaving , to return another day... the new doc called me back.) well heck there goes my escape plans lol. I was also in a ridiculous amount of pain. The Doc shook my hand, made eye contact......and then it was the adjustment. II felt almost instant relief upon adjustment , as in my low back pain was maybe a 2 out of 10, from a 6-7 out of ten. This new doc is a keeper!! He knows his stuff and has a very relaxing"table side" manner. 12 hours later, I still have no pain. Will update ! P.s Best part it is 29 dollars for an adjustment. Just 29 dollars!!!

Diana has been an AMAZING therapist! I have worked with multiple physical therapists, and Diana is simply the best! She is so caring and compassionate, and has used her knowledge to help apply the therapy I need to do in a way that fits MY lifestyle. I came in with ongoing back pain, as well as a new excruciating pain in my feet. I saw improvement even within the first visit!! I am a stay-at-home dad with two little ones. She has given me AWESOME ideas on how to incorporate therapy into activities I am already doing. Every time I'm there I feel like I am making great progress as she goes above and beyond to adapt my therapy to the changes at home. This has been such a tremendous help in improving my back and leg pain, allowing me to continue the activities I need to at home. I had a pelvic injury which was very painful. Diana has helped me immensely. I am very sensitive. Diana is very respectful and skillful. A true treasure and resource in Tucson. I have no reservations about recommending her. I suggest anyone with bladder problems or any postpartum pelvic issues go see her. I can't say enough about how terrific Diana Fassett is as a physical therapist and person. I just wish I had met her prior to my surgeries! She is very kind, thorough and encouraging. I've been to two other PTs over a three year time period and Diana has been the best by far and helped me the most (even though the others were nice people). I highly recommend Success Physical Therapy especially for those with pelvic pain issues. read more
