We purchased the system from Success Systems, Inc. based on clear representations about AI invoice scanning, back-office functionality, and support, including from their sales rep Scott Tarlow. None of it worked as described. From day one, the system had major issues. The AI invoice feature never became operational despite multiple trainings, updates, and repeated assurances from Success Systems. Basic functionality like invoice handling, uploads, and configuration was inconsistent and never properly resolved. Support from Success Systems was extremely poor. We sent over 80 emails requesting assistance and follow-ups, often multiple times just to get a response, with no meaningful resolution. To make matters worse, Success Systems, Inc. ultimately closed our account unilaterally without fixing the issues or fulfilling what was promised. After that, we were unable to retrieve critical data, including our price book. We were ready to use the system and did everything on our end. I have been switching our c-stores over one by one since Jan this year. This transition with success systems has been easy thanks to their great team of highly experienced technicians! They are very prompt to get back with me and have always had an answer to any questions I've had in the process of switching over. I've been in the cstore business for 28 years and was excited to finally find a pricebook that makes it simple to change prices at every location at once or customize the locations I choose to. 1-Star Review BUYER BEWARE - UNETHICAL PRACTICES AND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES Our experience with Success Systems has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. After canceling one of their services with proper notice, they proceeded to withdraw funds from our checking account without authorization. We did dispute with our bank our funds were returned. However, when we attempted to resolve the matter professionally, they locked us out of the program we purchased and rightfully own. This program has nothing to do with the services we canceled, it is a separate service. Despite numerous attempts to contact them by phone and email, we received no response. A representative named Scott deliberately ignored our calls, and later responded via text stating that they were aware of the calls and would not be returning them--blatantly stating he would act as he pleases. The next day, our phone number was blocked, and all further emails were ignored. We legally own the software, yet they refuse to unlock it. This behavior is not only unprofessional, it's unethical. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this company. If you value transparency, professionalism, or basic customer service, look elsewhere.
