I did some shopping around on the prices and while Elite IT's were slightly higher ($130ish vs. $100) .. I got 1) a 90-day warranty and 2) an entire mold/kit replacement.. not just the glass replacement. About a week later I noticed a small crack in the glass near my home button and my headphone jack had stopped working. I called Elite IT back up and they said "No worries, we'll fix it for you. You're under warranty". Brought it in and they again fixed it same day. Even stayed open a few extra minutes after closing hours so I could pick it up. Xavier was the best! Very friendly and helpful. Would def go back here vs. a mall store or other 3rd party replacement shop.

A second, separate router upstairs because we didn't have a strong signal. Plus with the way the house is wired, it even took the cable guy a few hours to get us up and running when we moved in. Needless to say, I was excited to receive a set of eero wifi devices (1 pro plus 1 beacon) as a gift. Never having dealt with this mesh wifi network, I had a few questions about how I could set up this new eero system and how it works in general. Plus wanted to figure out if it would be a better/stronger signal than the current set up. Both my husband and I have been working from home, so we need a reliable signal, especially having to use Teams for all the meetings. When given an option, I always would rather go to a small family run business with a great reputation then a large corporate one. Luckily, I had a friend from high school that happened to own a company that helps with things like this for home owners. Even though we might be in IL, Louis was able to answer my questions and ensure I could set everything up. He provided quick, friendly service over the phone. Everything is up and running now, and the wifi from the eero is great. Want to say a big thank you to Louis and Incision Network. I would recommend his business for any personal computer needs. If I need any assistance in the future, I know who I will be calling.

Most people aren't aware of how sick all of the wifi is making us. Lou is very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about what I was requesting. However the job turned out to not give us what we wanted. He sold us a package of wifi routers that all rated very high on my RF meter, something he assured me wasn't the case and when I sent him the video of my RF meter reading, he never even responded. Lou also assured me that the products he sold me had the ability to be turned on and off, this turned out to be false info and so we have a new system that is WORSE than our old one that I hired Lou to help us make safer and better. When I sent him a text message stating we wanted to return the products, he also never responded - and later said I was "stringing him along" trying to avoid paying his invoice, which completely false. He also initially did a very sloppy job, my husband was horrified when he saw it and insisted Lou fix it as much as he was able - Lou did make several improvements but we still had to spend 300$ patching and painting around the large holes he drilled (it was not explained to me how big the holes would be and how much the wiring would show.) Lou might be great at doing wifi but it turned out that he did not know a lot about a wired system. The worst part of my experience though was in trying to communicate with him about all of this in regard to settling our bill, he went several weeks without even responding to me and then claimed that I was stringing him along and threatened to send me to a collection agency. I'm sorry, that's simply acting in bad faith. I paid the bill in full, rather than deal with the situation any further but I will never work with Lou again.
