I booked the Dry Parlour in September (2015) for…read moremy wedding in August (2016) I talk to the owner that day telling her that I have 10 women that I would like to get there hair and makeup done there. I had my visa out ready to give a deposit for it she told me not worry about it until closer to the date. I watched her write down all my information and she said we were all good to go for August. My sister went there December 14 (2015) to get my mother a certificate. My sister asked about my wedding being booked there and the girl at the desk had no information on me and that there was another group booked there for that day. I called to find out what was going on and the same girl my sister talked to said no there is no information about me attending the Dry Parlour on my wedding day. She said that the owner would have to call me back. Well it's been a week and the owner hasn't called me back. I guess I shouldn't hold my breath for a response from her. Just want to let others know how they treat there customers.

Do NOT go here. I went in and had my hair colored and immediately noticed the patchiness while in…read morethe salon and was told to wait a week and if it hadn't evened out to come back in. Well because of the coronavirus everything closed down two days later and i was left with horribly patchy hair and as an essential worker who is seen everyday i had no choice but to color it myself just to even it out. When things opened back up i called and asked how we could remedy the situation because i felt my money had been wasted and said i was willing to just take a regular hair cut so that i still got something out of my money. She completely ignored this suggestion and just gave me the price for corrective coloring and i explained that i didn't want to pay any more money i just want to get my moneys worth through a cut or get a refund on the original color and was refused!! The circumstances of this situation were unprecedented and instead of taking an hour out of her time to cut my hair as a way of making up for what i paid i was met with rudeness and no understanding! The people here are unprofessional and if you don't like the finished product they don't care because they already have their money.
