However I can say I like some braiders better than others. I dislike when they talk so loudly I can't hear what's in my headphones without cranking up the volume. As for braiding they are superior, I have never had an issue with my hair. They are fast and my braids have always looked nice. I have rarely had my braids fall out or never had any damage to my scalp. I let them know if they are braiding too tight and they relax the tension. Great Service!!! I drive from Toledo to get my hair done 2-3 times a year when I consistently wear braids. I'm usually in and out within 4-5 hours and I always get micro braids. The shop is clean and they sweep up the hair after they finish each customer. You may have multiple braiders at any given time during your service. My braids are a consistant size and they always look nice. I also find that my hair grows faster when I have braids. I wash and condition my hair before going.

Gone are the days when customers were treated like guests, with respect, with appreciation that you were spending a hard earned dollar in their establishment. That's not how you treat people. Don't take the customer for granted if you want to stay in business. Nothing big, just the little things. Like saying thank you, and if you are going to be late for an appointment apologizing and reassuring the guest that they are important and will be attended too shortly.
