Fidelity...what a lie of a name. Their service for wi fi…read moresucks. Always buffering, sometimes cannot even get the main screen. Have called and service people, while courteous, blame it on Netflix, other channels, or apps, everything but themselves. When none of the TVs work in the house it is not the apps but Fidelity. I cannot say how badly Fidelity is for crap. You can count on them for nothing. Go with the new fiber optics providers if you can. Of course, this is Lawton and so services, restaurants and utilities are never on par with a real city but still you'd think the people that run this town would try their best to have good services and attract decent restaurants and decent utility companies. But they don't give a damn and offer contracts (in citizen's names) for garbage. If I wasn't a long time resident with roots here, just based on services I'd move. if you live here. long enough you just assume this is how life is everywhere. Avoid Fidelity at all costs, they have more excuses for their shoddy services than the US government. I'm embarrassed to host friends when visiting. No wonder our young people flee Lawton after college.

Above and Beyond!!! This store is in my opinion by far the best in Lawton, Oklahoma. I was at the…read moreother two stores and didn't get the service or assistance I needed. I even had the door locked in my face 22 minutes before their posted closing time on this past Sunday. This was the place on 2nd street. I traveled to the one located on 82nd street and they helped me and told me how to resolve my issue. I did what they told me to on Monday and was able to get 2 of the phones on our account back in service and operational. I had to travel back down to Laton (45 miles one way) to further aid me in getting the third phone back on line. I am elderly and crippled. They had it back operational and on line. They had to work on it and it took 2 people. They were very kind, polite, helpful and understanding. They were true Professional People who went out of their way to help me. I had been to all three locations in Lawton on Sunday. The 82nd street location far superceded the other two. The one on Cache road is no way one that I would recommend. They are not helpful and they just want to sell you something new and start you new service, they are anything but professional. The 3 employees that helped me and got me back in operation are an asset to AT&T. I have been a customer for the past 19 years, I should know.

This is the worst us cellular I've ever been to. Every time i go on there the service is horrid…read more The people are rude. They also do some crazy stuff. One time we went in ti figure out what happened with our bill, the girl said she was fixing it but instead she took our insurance off and changed my data. I only found this out the next day after i dropped my phone and couldn't get a replacement through insurance. Thankfully after much unnecessary stress we got everything straight. I will never walk in that store again. That's just one of many bad things from there.
