I requested 16 Pro Max in Desert Titanium, when I received the emailed receipt the order was placed for 15 Pro in Naural Titanium- the Desert and Natural look nothing alike. I was expected to drive back to the store to correct this. I ended up having to call customer service myself and pay the additional taxes on the new order. Plus I will be receiving first order and will have to return it and a delay on the correct order. I get nothing for the inconveniences for their error.

Keith helped me with my purchase and transferring my data to my new phone. He was very professional, helpful and had a particularly good attitude for it being so busy and right before closing. I may have bought a cheaper plan but from the first day I had it the 250 mb data I supposedly purchased never appeared and half the time my text never went through. I never in a month and a half could receive or send pic messages from the smart phone. Unless I had wifi all i could do was call and 1 of every three calls were dropped or when I tapped answer it kept ringing and sent them to voicemail. When I called the store all they could do was tell me to drive there and give them $5 for the same exact phone! Seriously, i live an hour away and it takes $20 in gas to get there and back home. plus the $5 swap fee ( I called only 3 days after purchasing). I said well if this one does not work I do not care for the same one again. I was then told I could pay $30 plus $5 swap fee for an iphone! so I have to spend $25-$55 to swap my phone that basically never worked even though it was new from the box? I can go to Dollar General store and spend $54 on phone that has unlimited talk, text, and data, which is what I am doing next week. Assist Wireless needs to sell what they say they are selling, not weazel money from people!
