It had rained earlier in the am! :) Had an issue with the garage opener and light and the dining room lights. B/c my home is an older home (60's).. electrical issues may or may not need some updates. Rob was very frank and honest! And that's what you need and want with service. They both checked out the electrical unit and its lines and advised that there's a few more years for usage before the need to replace it. B/c as you all know, replacing anything can become costly! So I truly appreciate their honesty and not sales talking me to change/update my electric. There weren't any severe issues found. Rob truly tries to diagnose the problem and then comes up with strategies to resolve the issue. If one strategy doesn't work, he has a back up strategy/path! That I truly appreciate! Dining room lights are still flickering, but we are working on the resolution. Pricing is reasonable too! Thank you! :) Would definitely recommend him and his team's services!!! All I saw was that fixture on the floor and a hole in the ceiling. I called Mark Flowers, a self-employed local contractor, and he was able to come put it back up two days later. He brought everything necessary to do the job in under an hour, was a complete professional and charged a reasonable amount. As with all the "little guys" out there (who don't spend thousands on commercial advertising), trying to hustle up business with people on their payroll, it's been a challenge during the coronavirus pandemic to walk into people's homes and feel safe. Mark wore a mask and took all mandated precautions to respectfully maintain social distancing. I will happily recommend him to my friends and family. By supporting small business, everybody wins.

First of all, the price was reasonable and I was happy with the quality of the install. Most people are not too price sensitive given many utilities rebate the cost of the install, but even then Russell's quote came in under the rebate cap, whereas a quote from a competitor was over the cap (so I would've been a few hundred dollars out of pocket if I went that route). Also Russell does appy for the permit for you, which is nice. He also provides a thorough email about the available rebates, and how to qualify.

Contractors have confirmed that there is water in the walls leading to electrical shorting issues…read morein our home, including the GFI outlet that stopped working. These are the same exact issues that we previously reported to Walter and our landlord, yet Walter's official report stated that there was no hazard, and left us with no explanation for the shorting of our power. We've been instructed by the town fire official to keep the circuits off until the leak is resolved in order to prevent an electrical fire. I have been living in a fire hazard for months due to Walter's negligence. For your own safety, find a different electrician.
