So when I got back the inspection report and it said Pass in all areas I was thrilled! After closing and moving in I had a lot of draining problems so I called out a different plumbing company they then informed me that the septic was never even connected to the tank!!! So I don't know how that means the septic is all good or how they even did an inspection in the first place. The quote to fix it was a minimum of 2,500. All I asked was for a refund of the amount I had to pay the other plumbing company because I shouldn't have to pay someone for an inspection that I already paid Bass to do in the first place. The lady on the phone was rude and said "bottomline we aren't paying for it" which is very bold for a company that didn't even do a proper inspection on my home. The inspector that went out to my house said to us after we got the quote "I don't go inside if I don't have to" HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
