Brian, Brad, and Mark were very sensitive to our concerns and took care of every detail to bring our Father to rest in Minot. They offer a private viewing for the family to come to terms with the departed. My Father had lost 60 pounds in the last year and his facial features had changed. Thomas made some adjustments to present him in a very peaceful way. All of the planning for the viewing, funeral, and burial was coordinated by Thomas funeral home, which allowed for a single point of contact. They also made sure my Father received military honors during the funeral service and taped the service and burial at Benedict rural cemetery. I know Brad and his team were working at 6 am the day of the funeral. They blocked out parking for the family at the church and set up a wind barrier at Benedict cemetery for us. There are so many other details to their service, trust me when I say they are the best. I have never encountered a funeral home in CA that covered all the bases or even provided a professional service at this level. They didn't blink an eye when I asked to watch my mom's casket being lowered into her vault and the vault lid closed. And they continued to work with me because it's not over once the funeral is over.
