Had my car detailed today by them and the job was amazing! They came to my house on a Sunday. My wife uses the car to drive to 29 palms and there was a serious dust storm up there and she had the windows cracked for ventilation. I contacted John and he was willing to make the trek out a little bit further than he normally services. He said he would be here at 10 a.m. And he was here exactly on time. The quoted time for the services I got was exactly 3 hours and even with the extra care he had to put into interior cleaning he was only here an extra 20 minutes. Awful customer service and awful follow through. We make a booking online for 10am. We get no calls just an email confirmation. We show up at 10am to drop it off and a kid comes out like a deer in headlights. Saying... "ohhhh man, our online booking doesn't interact with our schedule and like I called someone else and told them to come back next week and maybe if you leave your car here for 2 days I can get to it?" I don't understand why my booking didn't have priority over anyone else's... but either way... why have an online booking service if it doesn't link up with your schedule? And why not offer us anything for our troubles? Instead of we were just blown off... absolutely terrible way to do business... complete amateurs here and I wouldn't let them touch my cars if they paid me to do so. And after I left this review he sent me a barrage of text messages. Nothing that he is saying in his comments are true. I don't want anything for free. I don't have any landlines. He's now harassing me with a barrage of text messages and calling me names. Please do not give out your information to this guy as he will certainly use it to do things like this. read more

Unbelievably quick response, at late hours mind you and he was able to do it even though I was out of his general area of service!
