I'm being generous giving 1 star, paid for interior exterior and tire and rims, I don't expect a perfect job for the time they have, I used to live in Hamilton 15 years ago and the service was great, paint and windows all spotty , lots of dirt left behind half of each tire was detailed and the rims were not even wiped ( still dirty) interior windows dirty and full of streaks. Extremely disappointing!!! Have pride in your business!!! People pay good money for a service, if you can't do it properly don't offer it!!!! read more

Most of the time I come here for a car wash, my car is white and still looks dirty after. I can live with that. However, I brought my car here for the first time for an oil change not too long ago and they told me my oil pan was cracked and they "wouldn't be surprised if I were to hit a rock and break down" offering to fix it. I declined this expensive offer as I had an appointment with my mechanic the next day and when I told my mechanic, he said "weird because I just replaced it.. it's brand new?" and showed me. Sure enough, its brand new. So yeah, like most quick oil change places.. DON'T LET THEM UPSELL YOU ON STUFF YOUR CAR "NEEDS" 99.9% of the time, you don't need it and its a scam. read more

I have used your service in the past but today I asked for the works including triple, trunk, express interior, tire dressing AND rims and rain coat . The result was not good. I pointed out to the last attendant that one rime was not touched at all (others a little better) he said he couldn't do anything about it. I asked if the trunk was done he said I could go back to the start of the ONE HOUR line up pay for it even though I asked for it. I didn't go back to the start and once home dirt still on a few places on the passenger side and the bugs on the front of my car look like they were barely touched. I would not recommend. Wanted a professional clean of our daughter's new-to-her vehicle. We mentioned there were salt stains on driver's side, which were left completely untouched by Suds staff. The mats were not removed and were not vacuumed underneath. Pet hair from previous vehicle owner was still on the seats and floor. We ended up cleaning it ourselves further when we got back home. Waste of $50. Will not return or recommend. read more

I went to this place because I had heard such good things, its a shame that not only will I never be returning, I would never allow these people to come anywhere near or touch my car. The poor signage and douchey teenage employees I can deal with. It's only a car washing place. I'm not expecting much. But when turning your keys over to someone who makes passive aggressive comments, you don't know them from Adam. Those comments are no longer passive. They're just aggressive. Mistakes happen. I had to go thru the car wash twice and then the detailing missed a lot of things I had to point out to the inspector Mitch. Managers are just standing around talking to each other. The male manager just stands there like a guard over the kids doing the work. This place is mismanaged and should have better quality control. I do not recommend that you go here. Not worth the money I paid. If you do go here watch your car at every step. They need supervision and you need to put your foot down about the areas missed. read more

I am shocked to get home and have my vehicle parked in the sun only to find half the winshield done inside. My weather tech mats looked like all they did was pour water over them. Lint everywhere. Dashboard only done at arms reach. Tires looked like they ran out of shine and has patches. Just overall it looks like a non caring job. They seemed happy to take my money and Im sure the employées get paid too but that only matters when its payday. I can go on but a trip back there is not worth my time and effort. Worst business ever. I had a coupon to get an interior/exterior wash so I figured I'd give it a try. WORST DECISION EVER. First off, the staff are very rude and obviously don't care about their job/don't want to be there at all. Secondly they scratched my car INSIDE AND OUTSIDE and refuse to compensate me for this damage. They claim the scratches aren't consistent with their service! Are you kidding me? EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Hearing great things about this car service location, I was excited to try it out for the first time today; only to be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the end. My small Honda Civic really needed a cleaning, so I bought the top package ($47.99), plus trunk vacuuming (extra $4.00), and 3 floor mat shampooing (extra $15.00); totalling $75.70 after taxes. While I was in the windowed waiting area, I noticed that the young employees were NOT cleaning my trunk and NOT washing my mats, but seeing as it was my first-time there, I didn't know the cleaning routine. It wasn't until when my car was more than half-way on the conveyor belt that I noticed that the young employees realized their mistake (put the WRONG CARD) on my windshield and instead was only giving my car the "Basic Interior Clean" - that of which the CAR BEHIND ME ORDERED. Therefore the car behind mine got MY top package clean, and I got HER ORDER; "Basic". After which the young employees, realizing that they were running out of time due to the continually moving conveyor belt, QUICKLY started vacuuming my trunk and washing my mats. - But because they were frantically trying to clean what they missed, parts of the interior of my car was neglected/poorly cleaned. When the male employee at the end told me my car was done, I sat in my car, glanced up at my sunroof and noticed that it wasn't even wiped! I immediately asked the employee if I could have a rag to wipe it myself and he politely apologized and said that he would do it. I asked him if they (the other employees) were able to get everything I ordered done seeing as they put the wrong label on my car (noting to him that I noticed their mistake); he replied, "uhhh yea, sorry, the guy at the beginning made that mistake". I would have stayed and protested more, but I had another appointment to attend. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed how POORLY my car was cleaned (took pictures to prove it); dirt/twigs still under my floor mats, coffee residue still in my cup holder, gunk still on the inside of my doors, the whole back dash of my car wasn't even TOUCHED (layer of dust still visible, and collected as I ran my finger along it). For paying $75.70 and hearing great things about Suds Express, I was excited and expected my car to be well-cleaned - but due to the neglect/lack of professional attention of the employees, I left and still am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED. I have been here before and been pleased with the service. However, today I took in my tiny FIAT 500 and the price for interior and exterior clean is same as for my Chevy Trailblazer which is three times the size. When I went to put my bags back in the FIAT's tiny trunk it hadn't been vacuumed. When I questioned this I was told that this tiny space would be EXTRA and would cost me another $ 5.00 - which hadn't been mentioned at all when I ran through the list of extras at the payment booth. First time using this car wash, also the last. Attendant was good offering to turn mirrors in and remove antenna, however he used an adjustable wrench on the antenna base that was quite obviously too loose and scraped the paint off the hex and rounded the points. After exiting I walked around the vehicle and found water spots everywhere, bugs still stuck on the front bumper and headlights, rockers and fender guards still had dirt splashes and looked untouched, tailgate looked as if no water went near it (pickup truck) and rear bumper was filthy. For $16 I expected a little more, a $6.99 wash at Canadian Tire gas bar turns out better than this. Not impressed and will not be returning. read more

I love this place. I take fairly good care of my vehicle as it's in great condition (4 years new), and wash it regularly. So, it's safe to say I know where to go and where not to go. The exterior wash (and prices) are well worth the extra drive for me from downtown. I've yet to have the interior detailed as I haven't needed it yet but I would certainly come here before I'd go anywhere else. read more

Talked to JASON the manager who said the woman at the cash should have told me that there was a long wait for the interior cleaning. I have now been standing 45 minutes waiting for a vacuum! I was driving through Ontario, and I decided to have my car washed. This was the worst decision of my entire life. These teenage children appear very demoralized from constant torment of their supervisors. These horrible supervisors care only about the money, they have no drive nor dedication to their work. They rush these young innocent kids to complete their jobs so sloppily because they would rather have money than a good service. The kids are so afraid of losing their jobs because of their horrid supervisors. I spent 30 on the interior of my car, and found muddy footprints from when the supervisor climbed in to do is 'inspection'. I will never go back here and I hope nobody ever does because this disgusting excuse for a Car Wash should be wiped off the map for awful staff. DO NOT COME HERE!
