I was working on my computer at the only table in the place, and a child took my SD card out of my computer and put it into the vending machine within 3 feet of me and the 30-seconds it took to take my pillows to the dryer. It took almost 2 hours searching for it. The parent was not watching the kids the entire time they were there prior to the incident, but were very helpful and apologetic in helping me look for my card. The attendant was also very helpful in talking with the owner (who wasn't on site) to watch the cameras to see who took my things. The place is insanely busy, and most kids tend to be playing around the place and doors. Don't expect to come here and get additional work done while doing your laundry.

So I visited this place three times while I was home. They have washing machines that fit 20,30,40,50 and 60 lb loads and well worth the money. Every time I have been in I have seen what seems to be the owner and employees making sure floors are swept, machines wiped down, helping guests that walk threw the doors. Huge screen tv with couches and desks to work while you wash your clothes. And it's cute, never thought I would say that about a laundry mat! Thank you for having such a cozy, clean place to wash my belongings! Much appreciated! I want to add they have detergent to purchase if you forgot, they have an atm, and they have a change machine. The machines take dollar coins so if you dispenses too many coins, it is regular currency.

A big high priced though - $3.50 a load and .25 cents every 5 minutes or so to dry. Lots of folding tables and carts, not really busy, just quiet people doing their laundry. Lots of seating and things for small kids to do if you're willing to spend a couple extra quarters - shooting, racing, and pinball arcade games. They also have an ATM and a bill changer on site. Definitely one of my better laundry experiences - I'd also tell you to bring your own soap! It's $1.25 per load for soap, and $1.00 for fabric softener sheets (2).

I was just trying to wash my soon to be born daughters clothes because I'm 9 months pregnant- I don't understand why that would warrant being glared at?!! They have pretty excessive and unrealistic COVID policies. 4:30pm is the latest you can start a load of laundry, which won't work for most working families, and you can't bring children, so single parents are SOL I guess. You also can't stay in the facility while your clothes are washing or drying, so you have to sit in your car and hope nobody touches your stuff. You're not allowed to fold your clothes on their tables, so expect wrinkly clothes by the time you get home. I regularly visit 2 different laundromats, and I'll just return to those places.

They have staff in there periodically. I am here today at 2:30 p.m. and the front of the building is dripping and forming an ice patch on the sidewalk. Noone here to spread salt to avoid a Potential slip and fall. Eastside, you should take some lessons from Sunshine laundrymat in St. Johns, MI. They have a bigger selection on machine sizes and they have utility sinks for customer use to rinse out your detergent bottles and Apple seating.
