What made me post was the person who now I suspect is you blocking the entrance of the parking lot fire several minutes when there were parking spots available in the back. It's very entitled. I suspect is you because the guy seemed to be carrying a bag of cash w him when getting into his truck. I was certainly a customer and even though my name is Karen I have a valid reason to express my point of view about this place. I provided valid proof how filthy and unsanitary this place is and they need to fix it. The fact that the owner express that a certain manager was fired for incompetence only supports how bad this place is. I think putting what happened between you and your employees in an unrelated case like this only shows who you are not only as a boss but as a person. Not taking responsibility for the actual problem and trying to place the blame in someone else.
