Pulled in and it seemed like the pressure was decent and everything was in working order. 60 seconds of dry time. Got back to work and it looked like I hadn't even been through the car wash. I had to take a wet rag and wipe down the exterior myself. This is absolutely the worst car wash that I have ever been too. So bad that I had to call and speak to someone about it. And he basically told me that I didn't keep my vehicle clean enough. (My Jeep is almost brand new, garage kept, and was washed 2 weeks ago. )Supposedly, they will be sending me a $20 voucher. They should send me a $20 check for the hour it took me to clean up the work the car wash should've done.

First they changed it from daily wash package to "every other day" even though the price did NOT go down lol but I was okay with that had they not changed up the wash. I'm so sad they changed up bc it's so convenient and close to home but I'll drive across town to get what I pay for. I really wish they would have never changed. The old wash kept my car sparkling and clean. This new wash they installed is absolutely terrible & I know I can't be the only one who's noticed the downfall of the quality. My husband and I are from out of town and are staying in town for work. We have majority of our belongings stored in our vehicle because I had just arrived. As our clothes were washing we decided to organize the vehicle a bit so it wasn't in disarray. Mind you the business was about to close in 30 mins when we started organizing our vehicle. It's the end of the day and customers are slowed. I'm guessing by the way he acted that he was the owner. The owner came out and berated us and told us in a very rude tone to take our stuff to the car wash because he didn't want us taking up the space next to us. Then, continued on saying he "hates people like that", that it's disgusting when people are disrespectful (referring to us). Treating us like we're inhuman. We were being as quick as possible and actually did consider our surroundings. He could've been less rude and embarrassing by telling a woman and her granddaughter how much "hate" he has towards people like me and my husband. They look d uncomfortable by the behavior as well. He was fuming. Also, almost got into another tiff with a woman over bringing her laundry in and not drying it fast enough. Very unwelcoming, unprofessional, and I would not recommend if you're not from the area.
