We almost served over 100 seniors raw fish and raw potatoes. We had to spend another 40 minutes after the event start time cooking the food. Even after this, the potatoes were so hard, I could not stick a fork in them. The rice was severely undercooked as well. When I announced the time for seconds, nobody came up and most people just threw away their food since it was inedible. I was patient and understanding, even though this was super avoidable if she had just taken a peek at the food. She knowingly knew her oven was not working and still served us the food. We didn't even ask for a refund for this, even though nobody could eat the food But when it came time to cancel a week in advance for an upcoming Since understandably, we did not want her to come back she is refusing to give us a refund. Apparently, she has a no refund policy that you conveniently have to actually go on her website and look for it is nowhere on the invoice. I have reached out to her multiple times and I've just gotten an automated response She is refusing to take responsibility for her actions and it's taking it out on senior seniors. Who now are going to miss out on next happy hour because she won't give us the refund.

His wife and two children were helping him prepare the food and get the orders out. When I went he had options for wings, fish, brisket fries or his popular brisket grilled cheese. I tried the brisket grilled cheese , fish and fries. I ate all the brisket grilled cheese. There was plenty of meat and the cheese melt was nice. I didn't finish all the fish because I got full but I did like it. It was crispy and hot which is how I like to eat fish. It wasn't soggy at all. The fries were also crispy like I like them so I was very happy with my meal all around. His chocolate cake is very moist, but if you catch him on the right day his peanut butter cake or pineapple pudding is so good! Grab one of those to try if it's on the menu that day. I'll definitely go back again.

She plated food for the bride, groom, moms and dads to ensure they got a plate when they were ready to sit down. They poured our champagne at no charge and for $75 extra they plated cupcakes, providing plates, napkins and forks. When finished, they boxed a to-go order for Jesse and Madelyn, and also left the leftovers in the fridge.
