Sooo....I emailed Suffolk Printing for my upcoming wedding. I needed labels printed for my invitations and my rsvp card envelopes. I was recommended by a co worker. I received an email back basically stating that they were much too busy with larger orders to have the time to print mine. When I responded back that I did'nt need the labels for another month and if they could possibly be done then, I was ignored. Its a month later and still no response to my emails. I understand that maybe my little order isn't worth their time. Though my wedding may not be important to them, it is very important to me. Fortunately, I was able to have my order completed by another well known local printing company. And though they were also very busy they somehow found the time for my little order. The labels came out beautiful and the staff was courteous and professional. I may not be spending thousands, but last I checked every customer should be important! That's just good business! read more
