It has been two weeks since they looked at the machine and still no updates. The technician said it need a big repair that will take a full day. I called five times and left messages for a manager to call me with an update. I imagine they don't want to shell out the cost to repair, like an insurance company not wanting to pay the claim! Today, (after two weeks of no updates) I receive an email from a salesperson wanting to set up a call so they can sell me something. I ask for a call back, again nothing. I called again today, another message left with the service manager. We rely on this machine to print out catalogs for our school and having this machine down for two weeks now with no updates is unacceptable. The communication and service has been very disappointing.

They are located next to a Home Depot and have a huge free parking lot that always has a plethora of parking no matter the time of day. Every time I return something from Amazon here, I always end up browsing around and then spend money at Staples haha so they're smart in being a place to accept Amazon returns! My last visit, I found some things on sale and one of the managers (I'm assuming) even stopped to ask if I needed help while I was in the aisle. Upon checking out, he was helping train a new employee and was very patient. I used a coupon that I received after returning my Amazon packages (another bonus for returning packages here!) which was a free hand sanitizer with purchase! The store itself is very organized and clean. Brightly lit with wide aisles and a lot of choices with office supplies and even some home items. I would say their stuff normal priced are a little higher but sometimes they have good sales (online too!). I highly recommend this Staples location for shopping when they have sales and especially for returning Amazon items!

It is the place I go when I need last minute toner, inkjet cartridges, or even custom stamps. I once had a signature stamp made there and picked it up without issue. After "asking too many questions" he told me "get the F&$@ out". This place is completely unprofessional and not only will I not be using this store I will go out of my way to make sure no one I know uses this store. I'm actually very upset that I can't leave this establishment zero stars. Also I took the exact same business card format and I got 500 printed up at another local print shop for $52.
