I went in to buy a new belt and both employees were rude as hell and disinterested in my situation with an utter lack of empathy. I still managed to find a belt and buy it on the spot. Two weeks later while in the same restroom at The True North convenience store, the new belt I had just bought broke right in half at the Buckle. Again I went to the fashion warehouse and they again were inhospitable and wouldn't help me it at all in exchanging the belt. So now I'm stuck holding my pants up as I walk around because I made the mistake of buying a cheap faulty product at a cheap store with inferior products that don't care when they break. This Goodwill is close to where I work and I love stopping by to see what I can find…read more This is a large sized Goodwill and it always cleaner than others, but it does still have some unorganized shelves. I really like thrifting books because it's much cheaper than buying full price. Unfortunately, this Goodwill does not have a large book section, but I am still usually able to find a few books I end up buying. The changing rooms are usually clean and don't have a ton of other clothes in there when you first walk in. This store is usually pretty busy which isn't a problem until it's time to check out. Most of the time I end up standing in line for 10 minutes or so before I get to the counter.

I like this Meijer's store. They have a wide variety of groceries but also a good clothing…read moredepartment, a decent pet department, and other specialty items. I think Meijers may be a bit more expensive than Walmart or Krogers but they do have weekly deals and a rewards program called mPerks. You can order stuff online and pickup at the store. There are pickup drive through lanes on the right side of the store. Recently, I ordered an HP printer that was on sale for $89.99. When I drove through the pickup line, the order ended up being $150.49 which was charged to my debit card. That is a negative and I did complain when I filled out an online survey. However, I then received a phone call from Bill A. informing me the printer was on sale when I ordered it but the sale ended when I went to pick it up. He said the sale price still should've been honored, but sometimes that does happen. They refunded the difference and it was credited back to my debit card in a few days. So, I believe they will try to make a mistake right. I go to this store from time to time, and although they occasionally run out of things, I think it is a good store.

The CHARITY known as Goodwill no longer has any Good or Will. They have become big enterprise of…read morecorporate greed. Prices have tripled at this Goodwill where purses used to be $1 now they are $3 and the same with the price per pound. The Outlet is the last stop before the LANDFILL they should be giving stuff away at that point. Staff were tired...probably from taking the brunt of corporate swindlers. I will no longer support any of my Goodwills my spending my money or donating my goods. I'll put it on Facebook and set the boxes out for free or just throw it away- which is where 90% of their stuff winds up anyway either sold and stored overseas or dumped in the landfill. The whole time I was there they were using a crusher to destroy merchandise because the sound of glass breaking was deafening. Items they cant sell at their premium and refuse to GIVE AWAY get destroyed and sent to landfill. DO BETTER GOODWILL you're supposed to be a CHARITY not Walmart.
