From the beginning they were incredibly professional. The first call that initiated my continued business with them went smoothly and they were upfront with estimates and- through my doubts- the team calmed them by giving me some beautiful digital renditions of what the job could look like when done! I was looking for some balloon arches all 4 times to give my guests some visual excitement and I ended up adding some balloon bouquets and garlands to fill in spots where the venue felt bland. My expectations were blasted out of the water! The balloon bouquets looked so much better than the digital renditions I was given and without fail everyone kept taking photos and loved the balloon arches! The Balloon Guy's phone assistant the third time around gave a wonderful idea about using balloon garlands around a blank wall/background to use as a photo-op. Incredible outcome!! The Balloon Guy set me up with a custom arch frame surrounded by balloons. It brought so much life to the party and managed to please my mother-in-law too!

I was back and forth between an 18ft ballon garland and a 21ft balloon garland. Their representative informed me that if I went with the 21ft garland, they would throw in free delivery (a $150 value). I asked for the balloon color options and a contract but it was never sent. I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price.

The product itself is such high quality-- the balloons are made from organic materials and come in the most beautiful textures and colors. Rosette is incredible. Communicating with her was so easy; she made the process simple and enjoyable. She arrived early, set up quickly, and delivered a quality product. After the event, we took all of the balloons home with us and they lasted FOREVER. The balloons from the arch lasted three weeks in perfect condition. We had to remove them from our home for an event, so we had to pop them ourselves, otherwise they would have lasted even longer! The foil "love" balloon is still hanging in our house (5 weeks later).
