I loved the balloons online but, to my pleasant surprise, the arrangement was even more beautiful in person. Was such a pleasure working with Sparkles and Ribbons. This business is just the best. I discovered that the business from which I used to get balloons had closed. I had 3 hours to find a place open near me as I had no time to travel. I called and asked for what I needed and had an hour and a half to pick it up. I was told, "No problem". I got there and was met in the driveway by the sweetest woman who had my arrangement in her hands. I used my bank card and was on my way in minutes. So happy. I will be using them again. read more

It's really extraordinary when the owner of an established successful company goes out of their way to ensure that "the little people" feel just as special and cared about as their wealthy regular clientele... LOLY - owner and senior creative at this fabulous event decor business - is that extraordinary... Within a few days she invested as much time and energy as she likely would have have for a major wedding event or Hollywood opening... But she took the time to go through exactly what would look best, how to get the most bang for my budget, and even made a special trip out to the restaurant to look at the space - - despite it being a very hectic weekend with several major events already on her calendar. Loly is amazing! I wanted to surprise my son with something to brighten his pandemic birthday. We chatted on the phone, talked color palette, she sent a few balloon suggestions and then lo! A few hours later she delivered this absolutely amazing balloon bouquet- it is so cleverly designed and just stunning! She was masked when she arrived and we did the money exchange in a socially-distanced way. What a creative talent and such a friendly person too. The first call that initiated my continued business with them went smoothly and they were upfront with estimates and- through my doubts- the team calmed them by giving me some beautiful digital renditions of what the job could look like when done! I was looking for some balloon arches all 4 times to give my guests some visual excitement and I ended up adding some balloon bouquets and garlands to fill in spots where the venue felt bland. My expectations were blasted out of the water! The balloon bouquets looked so much better than the digital renditions I was given and without fail everyone kept taking photos and loved the balloon arches! The Balloon Guy's phone assistant the third time around gave a wonderful idea about using balloon garlands around a blank wall/background to use as a photo-op. Incredible outcome!! The Balloon Guy set me up with a custom arch frame surrounded by balloons. It brought so much life to the party and managed to please my mother-in-law too!

I was back and forth between an 18ft ballon garland and a 21ft balloon garland. Their representative informed me that if I went with the 21ft garland, they would throw in free delivery (a $150 value). I asked for the balloon color options and a contract but it was never sent. I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price.
