She is certainly in a league of her own. She was warm and friendly from our first conversation. After explaining my sensitivity to lashes and the way my eyes can react, she explained her process and made me feel so comfortable. She uses a non toxic glue and I never once felt the burn while she was applying them. She never made me feel uncomfortable or that I had to do them a "certian" way. She actually asked how "I" wanted them. Wow, this alone was a blessing! During the session, I didn't get irritating eyes as I normally would with previous stylist. After seeing the result I was so impressed how she was able to get me super full and not 1 sign of irritation!! Woohoo!! Now a week later, I'm still super impressed with how I've been waking up and going throughout my days with no issues. They are still just as full and I'm not loosing them daily as I used to. The lashes she uses are light and fluffy and not heavy which was a plus too! I usually have to be taking zurtec to get through the first couple days. With Cher, I haven't had to use any. I'm so thrilled to have found not just a sweetheart of a person, but a TRUE PROFESSIONAL STYLIST! Looking forward to a long relationship with her! Highly recommended her on so many levels. Super happy I found Cher!

At no time was I clearly informed that I would be charged this fee, nor was the policy explained to me in writing. I tried several times to resolve the issue directly with management. I was told that someone would contact me by phone or email, so I waited three days, but no one ever followed up. Because I could not get a response, I had no choice but to contact my bank and dispute the charge. Unfortunately, when I had another appointment today, I was told by the manager that because I disputed the transaction, I would no longer be allowed to use their services. I do not feel this was handled fairly or professionally. What makes me especially disappointed is that the stylists themselves are wonderful. The girls are very professional, talented, and do an excellent job. My negative experience is specifically with the management and the way this situation was handled. I believe better communication, transparency, and professionalism could have resolved this without it becoming such a negative experience.

I received a full set of lashes a few weeks back and was amazed at the results. My lashes were so short and light before, that they were barely noticeable unless I had mascara on. Now my lashes are not only noticeable, but are long and full while still looking natural, regardless if I have mascara on. I have gotten several compliments on my lashes so far and peoples response have been how beautiful they look but also natural. I've since gotten a fill and have been equally impressed with the results. Darby is very professional and always makes sure I'm comfortable and happy with the results. The salon is exceptionally clean, smells amazing, and has a nice calm ambience. I will continue to go to Darby for my lash extensions and highly recommend her services. read more

I had a not-so-great 1st time lash experience at a different place and my lash extensions had all fallen out in nine days, (not good, considering the cost :-( I admit that I was a bit skeptical but wanted to try it again. A friend of mine had posted on social media how much she loved 'Lashes by Darby', so I gave it another go! I'm so glad I found Nikki & Sugar Pie Lashes. I'd been getting lash extensions for years and when my lash girl of many years retired, I was certainly nervous to try someone new. Well that feeling came and went quickly when I opened my eyes for the first time when I went to Nikki. They were absolutely perfect classic lashes, just as I asked for. I've been a regular of Nikki's for almost 5 months and I am just as happy now as I was the first visit. Consistency is key and that she is !!! Darby did my lashes and I love them. It took me a little while to get used to them and sometimes I still rub my eyes without thinking but that's how natural they are. I don't even remember they are there. They look great and now it looks like I have mascara on all the time and I don't have to try and put it on with my shaking hands. Darby explained everything in detail and also explained how to care for the lashes. I can't wait to show them off to my daughter and daughter in law. read more
