Came in to fix my nails 4 days before my wedding (because a nail was cracked). I wear gel polish. This is less than 3 days later. Seriously the gel is just coming off in sheets. I will NEVER come back here. I had to spend $60 to fix them at the hotel where I am staying for my wedding plus the $50 it cost to get them done (including tip). I used to come here frequently but this place has gone really down hill. Plus the staff was really unprofessional and very rushed. I asked for nails to be slightly trimmed and they were cut way to short. They also tried to give me a nail shape I didn't ask for which meant having even shorter nails. Also forgot that the man doing my nails was so rough filing my nails he cut my finger and kept forgetting I now had a bleeding open cut. They had an amazing selection of gel colors and regular. Linh did my gel manicure. She was so quick and very efficient. When I decided I wanted to change the color, she did it happily. She was polite and wonderful. I then got a spa pedicure by Linda. By far the best pedicure of my life. She was very sweet and polite and didn't push anything on me I didn't want. She gave me the best massage that I've ever had. They rub your feet with a sugar scrub And put hot towels on your legs and feet. It was amazing. I have gone here twice now when my regular salon was closed on Sundays for special occasions, and each time I have gotten a pedicure and a dip manicure. I had a great experience on my first visit, so I wasn't hesitant to return this past Sunday. Customer service here is excellent--they offer coffee or water when you sit down, they're good about managing wait times, and they're very polite. The pedicure was very good. However, my manicure was very painful. My nails look great but the tech dremelled my cuticles to the point they felt like they were burning. Now, one day later, my cuticles are scabbed and hurting. Solid place for a pedicure. My friend and I called 15 minutes ahead of time and they were able to accommodate us around 6pm on a Saturday. The most difficult part about coming here is the parking, since the plaza gets packed from the diners going to the restaurant. First time here. I called prior to see if my friend and i needed to make an appointment as we only had so much time. They said there are plenty of girls and to come in. We waited over 35 minutes when we got there and were both only able to get a pedicure bc he had other engagements. I liked this place because they have over 100 different gel colors and hundreds of regular colors, the chairs are nice and new. However they reuse tools on customers or they didnt open them up out of packaging in front of me and they had just shifted from one person to the next very quickly. read more
