We ordered our martinis, which were delicious vibrant, balanced, and themed to the city. They were delicious and the mixture was mixed perfectly. He had the White Rock and enjoyed it; I had the Green Timbers. Our charcuterie was expertly plated and gorgeous to look at, along with fresh and delicious. The cheese, cured meats, and fruits were fresh, crisp, tangy, and perfectly paired with one another for a solid appetizer. We then had our encores. The steak I had (he had the duck) was the most supple, soft, juicy, and perfectly cooked medium rare I've had in my memory. I swear. If you love steak.. you'll love it. Perfectly seasoned, supple and soft... gorgeous. Along with the pillowy, crispy potatoes and veggies? Classic! The waitstaff were friendly, efficient, attentive, and cordial, with a smile and clearly loved their job. Ours, Mike, said he'd been at the place for over 10 years.. clearly, he liked coming to work.
