Our children have been going to BCS since they were 4 years old. (15 and 10yr old now) My son has a…read moremedical condition that requires accommodations and they have been fair and accommodating so he can really thrive. We had one issue with some mild bullying and the school was very proactive and it stopped immediately. I gave my older child the option to go to public school and he decided to finish out high school at BCS and we can't wait to see him graduate in a few years! No school is perfect but my kids are truly loved and cared for here. Their curriculum is great and I feel they will be well prepared for college.

Your kid will be unprepared for real life & bullied. BCS doesn't teach true science, only Christian…read morebased, which won't get kids ready for college classes based on true scientific research. The sex education program doesn't teach practical information about protection, sexual abuse, same sex relationships which a kid WILL come in contact with at some point in life whether they are LGBT or meet people who are. A teacher threatened my class & said if we had premarital sex, she'd do bad things. No room to branch out; few extracurricular activities. Kids are sheltered from life experience. BCS hasn't changed in 10+ years. Same equipment, which raises safety concerns. Kids who don't have popular things or are quiet/different will get bullied & admin does nothing. Do yourself a favor & find a better school. Your child won't learn here. I understand relating to God, but kids won't know how to learn in public colleges/trade schools who use real information instead of "because God says so". So glad I switched to public school when I did.
