Just as she described using photos she sent of other creations, she delivered the cutest original bouquet of a llama to my daughter on DBU's campus. Using a screenshot from campus buildings and my daughter's cell phone #, she tracked her down, delivered the surprise, and without even being asked sent me a photo of her reaction. I couldn't have asked for better service. BUT again, without being asked, she sent me a greeting card with the photo of my daughter holding the bouquet! When she finally answered my call she said "WHAT" I said "um is this balloon junkie?" she said "who the fuck is this?" And before I could even get out my name she said "I don't know who you are but stop calling me I don't answered private numbers" and then hung up on me in my face. I am 5 months pregnant at the moment so she caused me to cry and cause stress. The party was suppose to be a surprise but I had to tell my boyfriend why I was crying and she pretty much ruined the surprise. When he called he asked for her name and she did not give us her name and said she was the boss and she doesn't have to give her name then hung up on him. When I called from my number again (this time I turned on my caller ID in my settings) I tried to explain to her who I was and that I wanted her to blow up balloons for my boyfriends birthday and balloons for my baby shower, and was also willing to pay her very well for her work, she cut me off on anything I tried to tell her and still refused to give me her name. Once my temper rose I told her I will be giving her a bad review on any website and social media I see her business on and I will also be going up to the store myself because I find it hard to believe that this woman (whoever she is) owns a business. We were told Krissy who was truly a kind person in our first meeting had an injury and couldnt reach out. We were really sorry to hear that but was expecting someone to reach out to us / or called the venue to inform to have us a chance to make some arrangements. Due to short of time me along with my 2 of my family members (and later even some guests) helped to wrap up trying to make it to the event (infating balloons, center peices, stage setup, getting the spray paint from home depot) We were delayed by an hour in our own event and had to call other guests to come a little late due to the mess. Overall all they did was the backdrop & balloon arc. Marvin who called himself as a boss offered as $50 as discount...and kept insisting for paying the balance immediately.
