The visible part installed on the tub did not match at all and looked terrible. When the invoice came, I was charged for a tub spout that wasn't replaced (it was brand new - installed a couple months prior), and billed for a shower escutcheon that was both unattractive (didn't match) and overpriced. I was also charged for a full hour of service even though the tech was here less than 10 minutes. I was later told the charge included travel time, but that was never stated in writing or explained up front. When I called to discuss the charges, the manager repeatedly talked over me and was defensive instead of listening (yes, I called him on it). They did remove the part charge and gave me a small discount, but I felt very pressured into accepting a resolution that wasn't to my satisfaction. I value businesses that are transparent and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this experience of poor communicaton, dismissive customer service, left me with the opposite impression.

They I stalled one 20 amp tandem breaker at $475 dollars, this breaker is less than 20 dollars at lowes and 2 20 amp standard breakers at $750 dollar also less than 20 dollars each at lowes which is where the tech went to buy at least one of the breakers because they were short one. This job took less than 30 minutes and on a skill level requirement is about a 2 out of 10 not difficult in the least. This is a unethical predatory company who should be ashamed of themselves but obviously have no ethics. Do not use them if you value your hard earned money. I have receipts to back this up and it's pure theft. They took advantage of my wife because I wasn't there.
