Imaging spending 10k on plumbing for them to come 3 times and never get it correct. And when you leave a review they send you a text saying take it down or their attorneys will get involved! I paid 10k to repipe a house, because they insured me that's the only way the house would stop leaking and the house still leaks to this day. Now to fix the same leak I paid 10k to fix they told me it's $4400. But I called 3 different places and got a quote for 1900-2400. Then Rooter gave me a discount for 2000, But you gave me a discount of 2k cause you over charged me 2k. I spent 10k and still have the same problem I had when I started, and you're charging me higher than everyone else and I spent 0 with them and 10k with you and the job is still incomplete. I chose Joe with Roto One out of 4 other companies to install a new water heater. I didn't feel like I was taken very seriously by the others. Pete was more than helpful - I called after hours and he was willing to make the trip to help our family get our septic tank back up and running late in the evening. We ended up scheduling for the morning and he was at my house by 9 am to get the job done! I have never had bad service at Rooter One, and I've used them numerous times in the past. We called them for issues at our now-defunct restaurant, and use them at the house. They've fixed our toilets, unclogged drains, installed new faucets, and I know they do much more than that. Their customer service reps are great, their techs are prompt and knowledgeable, and I have never had a complaint. Indeed, I've tried others in the past during a plumbing emergency and ended up calling Rooter One out to come fix that other company's mistakes. Please consider them when looking for plumbing help. Duane came out today and helped us with our kitchen sink and a drain clog. Two separate issues fixed relatively easily, although he did need to cut into the counter to accommodate a slightly larger faucet. He did so without complaint, and without damage to our counters. Terrible Company and would not recommend them under any circumstances. I hired them to do a septic and drain field inspection prior to the purchase of my new home and they did not do a complete and thorough inspection. As a result, I have had to pay over $6,000 for a new drain field. What made matters worse, is their VP of Operations, Scott, is incredibly unreasonable and has no customer service skills at all.
