They are incredibly rude, disrespectful, and insensitive; basically everything you shouldn't be as owners of a funeral home. They even CHANGE obituaries after you have sent it to them to have published online which they have no right to do and then when confronted, lie about it and then eventually admit it. They are unprofessional, petty, and thoughtless. If you want to deal with imbecile people during a time in your life when you are mourning the death of a loved one, then use Wright-Roy funeral home. If you wish to have a positive, respectful, and supportive service for your loved one, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. John was meant for this work and it shows. He is empathetic and patient, while also being extremely organized, knowledgeable and seemingly always available. John walked us down this very difficult path in a gentle manner, and took care of us and our mom like we were family.
