That day they had a tow truck driver come get my car. The man was very polite ! Since then they called me weekly, maybe even twice a week to give me an update on my car - from letting me know it was at their shop, to informing me of the supplement and back and forth with allstate and then to letting me know they were getting started sooner than expected. When the car was almost complete the manager/owner called me to let me know how things went and how he fixed my car up to his expectations which I was happy that he cared that much to tell me how he didn't like the way the after market bumper looked so he redirected the money to have a real matching part. On May 29, 2026, a tire separated from our Jayco HT 30.5 CKTS 5th Wheel. Luckily, we were able to pull our damaged RV into an empty parking lot. We found J & K Welding and Repair who offered 24 hour service so we called them. Mr. Vankirk immediately said he would be there as soon as possible. When he arrived, he stated that this was a situation his company could handle. We outlined a plan. It was already around 8:00 PM, but Mr. Vankirk went to look for the missing tire. He returned an hour later with it. Mr. Vankirk spent the following day looking for and finding the needed parts. He kept us informed. Once the parts arrived, Mr. Vankirk immediately made the repairs and notified us of the job's completion. We picked up the RV the following day. That evening, Mr. Vankirk called to check if we had picked up the RV and how our return trip had gone. Throughout the event, Mr. Vankirk was positive and professional.
