I have taken my cars to Fred for over 20 years. I drove my 2006 Elantra to 304,000 miles, mainly because Fred maintained it for most of its life. My 2023 Elantra has 50k on it and was recently serviced by Fred. I had a fuel induction/injector cleaning service (I think that is what it is called lol) and the car is running as good as the day it was brand new. I highly recommend Fred and his crew. The 1% is due to being on the road. Being loyal to your local dealer is the key, doesn't matter car or motorcycle. This past summer (June 2019) I was in Canada when my motorcycle engine had a lifter failure. The dealer in Canada had a service tech that didn't know his job very well since they told me it would be three weeks to get me back on the road again. I took my motorcycle to Freedom and I was back on the road in two weeks with a new engine at no cost. Covered under extended warranty. Would have been a $6,000 + repair. I can say that I've never have had a problem. Loyalty counts! These other dealers may sell you a bike at a lower cost but look at the other things as well, for example extended warranty plans. Freedom will sell you an extended warranty at a lower cost than other dealers in the area. My friend purchased his bike in a county to our south, when he went to renew the extended warranty that dealer wanted about $1,300 more than the same plan from Freedom.

Purchased a Kia from Tony at Main Street Motors for my father. After about 8 months a problem…read moredeveloped that was catastrophic to the engine. Main Street Motors had no liability in this situation. I took the car to Kia in Alliance and they wanted to replace the motor for $12,600 and charged us over $900 dollars just to say it was bad. I brought this problem to Tony the owner of Main Street Motors and he asked me to let him pick the car up and see what the real issue was. Keep in mind that this is not his problem, it was a very weird situation with this car and Tony stepped up and towed the car to his shop and dug in. He had no reason to help my dad, who is 88 years old, but he did. Tony's shop found that the dealer was lazy and now the car is fixed, for much less than they were asking. The car business has such a bad reputation, Main Street Motors is not part of the problem. If you are looking at an automobile I can't recommend this dealership enough. Quality of cars combined with high character ownership makes this a no brainer to buy a car from them. I have to buy my 16 year old son a car, and I will be buying from Tony at Main Street Motors.
