I needed to replace the windshield washer pump and Reservoir due to damage from the extreme cold temps in the area experienced. I also needed the driver side daytime running light replaced. We arrived on time for our service appointment in waited in their waiting area, very clean, with coffee and vending machines! We were told it was going to be a two hour service that actually only took a little over an hour and a half. The only down note was that the service inspection was not conducted until we asked if it had been done. All the people we interfaced with while there were friendly and professional! I hope we don't have to go back soon; however, if we do, I know it'll be great!

Not believing the story I dug deeper and spoke to a mechanic there, (Seth Kinser) informed me there was an open TSB from Ford and got it fixed under factory warranty the next morning. Highly recommend working with Seth Kinser very professional, friendly and efficient. Had I not dug deeper and listened to Boone, we wouldn't have been informed about the open TSB and would've been stuck paying the dealer over $1,000 for new brakes. Thanks again Seth Kinser.

We have a 30 day warranty for 50% off for issues and guess what, today is 4/13/26 and both Savannah and George have not replied at all with our issues/concerns. Avoiding so the 30 days run out is not customer service. If I'm wrong then why not reply to the engine/transmission issues when we just purchased this vehicle and immediately having car issues.
