The service is amazing and the atmosphere is great for groups but like us, tons of couples were happy with the coziness of it all. Terrible customer service and very shady business practices…read more.. 1) It began with them ringing up the wrong order for take-out, and then when I corrected their order, they proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for the mistake they made plus the new order I made...no. THAT is NOT customer service. It took me going back and forth with them for more than 5 minutes letting them know that I was not going to pay for a mistake they made on my order. He then processed my order w/ the original dish by telling me that "it was 'about' the same amount"..I believe the original dish was at least two euros more expensive. 2) When I had ordered over the phone, I was not told, neither did it say on the online menu that rice was included with my curry so I had ordered a side of rice.. most restaurants would let me know if I ordered double the rice that my dish already came with a side of rice so I wouldn't order more than I needed -----when i got home, I literally had enough rice to feed an entire country.. 3) they gave me some form of re-heated naan, because the outer naan was soggy and soft, and the middle was hard as plastic.
