None of that applies here - our experience with Tate Home Services was outstanding! After speaking with Aaron on the phone, I drove out where we met, looked at the property being prepped for sale then shook hands agreeing on what was to be done. I found Aaron to be courteous and profession both on the phone and also in person. He listened to my concerns and goal then helped formulate a plan to get the job done. Initial survey photos helped us to narrow down the work to be completed, a timeline was put into place and then final photos were sent showing all the work that had been performed. Other than our first meeting at the property, Tate Home Services completed all service requested in a professional and timely manner. Great communication skills, value and quality work. I sent multiple emails responding to their invoice inquiry, but they sat in their spam folder. I was verbally told they were leaving double negative reviews, strictly to get my attention. I have a recorded call from yesterday where they stated all this but refuse to be honest online. They purposely copy and pasted a negative review to apply twice against the company I work for. Per their contract with us, they receive payment 45 days from the date we receive their invoice OR when we receive payment from our client. I do not recommend getting involved with dishonest people who use the internet as a game to destroy other businesses. This company did not hold up to the terms of their agreement and are using the internet as a game of destruction.

He provided honest feedback as to the what needed to be replaced. I decided to tear down the old deck which was a previous owners summer project and replace with 72 sqft larger deck. The price quoted was reasonable and on par with a previous quote we had with another company without an additional disposal fee. While providing feedback on the deck, I also requested an estimate to replace our fence pickets and the double gate. I decided to go with Steel Caliber as Mr. Dawson is committed to customer service and his team can do it all. Once I was on board, the Steel Caliber team went to work removing the old fence pickets and replacing with new ones. The crew showed up on time and were professional which is hard to find these days! The team worked hard only taking a lunch break even on the hottest of days. They even impressed my neighbor who also requested a quote. The double gate was replaced fully with new posts as well since the old posts were not square and the gate could not function as designed. The deck was promptly dismantled and the new deck constructed. While dismantling the old deck Mr. Dawson informed me of the improper installation of the old deck (not attached to the house except with small screws) had done to the siding which needed to be replaced. I offered since siding was now part of the project that we had two additional siding panels that needed to be replaced and he promptly provided a reasonable quote for the labor and vinyl siding. At the end of the day we are overly excited about our new deck and the quality to which it was built. Mr. Dawson operates a very efficient company with reasonable prices to execute any project you desire. He will be my go to for future projects. On a finale note, Mr. Dawson is true to his word that you will not receive a final invoice until you are fully satisfied with the project. The quality of work, professionalism, and timely execution of the project are what makes Steel Caliber above par.
