I was a little bit confused with the different names but basically the summer moon and the winter moon coffees are the same but 1 is hot and 1 is cold. I told the friendly barista that it was my first time here and she did an excellent job explaining all the different variations in under 15 seconds lol. Summer moon is their signature and winter moon is the iced version but since I'm not into something too sweet and I'm always down for lavender I settled on the iced blue moon. Fire! That's my thought on the first sip. Nice and creamy but not too creamy, sweet but not too sweet and hints of lavender all over. A lasting aftertaste of flavor is nice as well. I've been to Summer Moon a few times now and have always enjoyed the drinks I've gotten. I highly recommend anything made with their "moon milk." I'm honestly not sure exactly what it is but it makes the drink SO creamy and is just a nice level up to your typical coffee or tea drink. Service has always been great and typically pretty quick. The coffee shop itself is pretty spacious, there's plenty of seating and even a nice outdoor patio with a service window there too. If parking stresses you out, be prepared for a small and narrow lot that is difficult to maneuver when there's more than one car driving. I tried the Wintermoon Latte, an iced drink that was creamy, delicious, and perfectly sweetened to my taste. The coffee had a strong base without any bitterness, which I appreciated. It's a little confusing what this moon milk thing is, but the lady behind the register was very friendly and happy to explain. She also gave me a sample of "moon milk" to try first. MOON MILK: It's a sweetened sweet milk. There's an icecream at Cold Stone that tastes like this "sweet cream?" something like that. Very tasty and even better combined with espresso. It is quite sweet though. Full moon means ALL moon milk. If you want it less sweet, then they will cut it with nonfat milk. I ordered 3/4 moon, meaning 3/4 moon milk + 1/4 nonfat milk. It was good, but I could probably go down to 1/2 moon too, 1/2 moon milk + 1/2 nonfat milk. In terms of sweetness level comparison, 2/3-3/4 moon is about the same as a vanilla latte at other coffee shops. No greeting from her, she gave the look of annoyance, "what can I get you?" All of the lattes drinks have unique names after their Moon milk. I simply asked, " how sweet is the Half Moon?"
