In time!!! They have a fabulous, wide array of light fixtures from a huge variety of manufacturers. I'm so ecstatic to find a place with such a variety of fixtures I'd otherwise never discover. Our (new) home has some busted fixtures I need to replace which drew me here but their other pieces as mentioned grabbed us. We'll be back. I have a number of (broken) light fixtures requiring replacement and this will be my source of inspiration and go to for replacement!

They placed a large order with the manufacturer and apparently that made it easier for them. I would have been mUch more impressed if they had agreed to exchange immediately and have been more concerned about my customer satisfaction. Bottom line...they have a nice selection of unusual lights and fans, mostly not in stock, so you have to wait for them and be sure you LOVE what you order because the penalty for exchange could be stiff.

It was installed incorrectly by my contractor and leaked the first time we tried to use it. I went in to Fixture exchange and gave Linda my info and what parts I wanted to purchase. I explained what parts I needed and why I needed them. She took my info and promised to email me a price for the replacement parts. After a couple of phone calls to clarify the make and model, she said she would get the info and prices and get back with me. Imagine my surprise when she called that afternoon and told me the parts were on the way to my home. She had contacted Fleurco and had secured me a warranty replacement of the parts at no cost. Linda went out of her way to assist me when I hadn't even purchased the Shower wall from her company. They are an authorized dealer and stand behind the company's products they carry. This is the kind of superb customer service that is lacking in so many companies these days. Also, I'll add that because a part needed to be ordered, Coltin Electric will be coming back to replace/install it. Did my two complementary runs to Home Depot for a switch (and the switch plate that I broke)and still did not have a working fan. So... I go online to see who sells the brand of fan in my den and find that Destin Lighting, a few miles from my house, is listed... So I called them! James answered the phone and listened as I described what I was looking for and what troubleshooting I had already done and asked me to hold... He comes back on the phone says he has a switch and a remote control for the fan (which we did not get when we moved in 8 years ago). "Fantastic !" I say.... "I'm headed past your place in 20 minutes " he says "how bout I drop these by and you can see if it fixes your problem ?". Half hour later, in the midst of Coronavirus fun, my problem is solved! Just called to settle over the phone at an outstanding cost... I am immeasurably motivated by the extra mile customer service and James trust in me.... they will have my future business!

The reps will go on site with me and help me design the appropriate lighting needs for my clients and help me put together a great solution for my clients down to all light bulbs required. I don't know what I would do without them, Scott Creed has been particularly helpful. I don't know if this is a great place to shop retail, as I believe their niche is designing lighting for homes. If you just need a light bulb, you can buy it here, but why not just get one off the internet or go to Home Depot.
