I go online to see who sells the brand of fan in my den and find that Destin Lighting, a few miles from my house, is listed... So I called them! James answered the phone and listened as I described what I was looking for and what troubleshooting I had already done and asked me to hold... He comes back on the phone says he has a switch and a remote control for the fan (which we did not get when we moved in 8 years ago). "Fantastic !" I say.... "I'm headed past your place in 20 minutes " he says "how bout I drop these by and you can see if it fixes your problem ?". Half hour later, in the midst of Coronavirus fun, my problem is solved! Just called to settle over the phone at an outstanding cost... I am immeasurably motivated by the extra mile customer service and James trust in me.... they will have my future business!

The reps will go on site with me and help me design the appropriate lighting needs for my clients and help me put together a great solution for my clients down to all light bulbs required. I don't know what I would do without them, Scott Creed has been particularly helpful. I don't know if this is a great place to shop retail, as I believe their niche is designing lighting for homes. If you just need a light bulb, you can buy it here, but why not just get one off the internet or go to Home Depot.
